Suspects Charged In Deadly Tulsa Rib Crib Robbery
TULSA, OK – Three suspects have been charged in connection with a deadly robbery at a Tulsa Rib Crib restaurant last month.
Tulsa Police arrested D'Andre Finnie, Deonte Marshall, and Isaiah Peevy for the shooting death of Howard "Bud" Stoddard on May 20th.
Officers say the three went to the Rib Crib near 15th and Harvard, followed Stoddard inside after he'd taken out the trash and shot him to death.
Police say Peevy claims his gun misfired.
Finnie faces one count of felony murder and four counts of robbery with a firearm.
Marshall faces one count of felony murder, four counts of robbery with firearm, and one count of possession of a firearm after a former conviction of a felony.
Peevy faces one count of felony murder and seven counts of robbery with a firearm.
