OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police arrested a man for trespassing after he refused to leave a gas station, claiming he was fighting for his right to dance in the parking lot.

Police received a call that a man was refusing to leave the Valero at 1001 W. Sheridan and was causing a disturbance. When officers arrived at the gas station they found Eddy Khaodevanpheng in the parking lot. The 22 year old told police he was "fighting for his right to dance."

He was told if he did not leave the property he would be arrested for trespassing, and in response he danced across the street to the McDonald's and then back to the Valero.

Khaodevanpheng was arrested without incident for trespassing on private property and booked in the Oklahoma County Jail.
