TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- A traffic note for motorists using the Turner Turnpike Friday through Saturday evening.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says one westbound lane of the I-44 between mile markers 141 and 146 is closed due to standing water on the roadway.
The lane closure is west of Wellston and just east of where I-44 intersects I-35.
The OHP says the closure is to prevent any hydroplaning on the highway.
