Tulsa Man Charged In Fatal Wreck To Appear In Court

TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Tuesday in Tulsa County District Court against a man charged in a deadly hit and run crash.

Joshua Nosak is charged with first-degree manslaughter in connection with the wreck at 6th and Peoria on May 7, 2010.

Forty-year old Melissa Eubanks was killed. Nosak is also facing charges for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.
