TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police are trying to identify a suspect in the city's second homicide of 2011. 

On January 31, 2011 officers responded to a home in the 1500 North Florence Place in reference to a man down in the driveway. 

Neighbors said that they had heard 3 to 4 shots prior to seeing the victim in the driveway. When officers arrived they found Martin Caleb, 38, lying in the driveway.

Caleb had been shot multiple times and was transported to a Tulsa hospital where he died a few hours later. 

Tulsa Police say the victim's vehicle was seen leaving the scene after the shooting. The vehicle is described as a red 1999 four-door Chevrolet pickup truck, bearing Oklahoma Tag 044-AJY.

The vehicle was described as having fancy wheels and tape over the passenger rear window.
