OKLAHOMA CITY -- The parents of three children killed in an RV fire in Del City appeared before a judge Tuesday for formal arraignment.

Christopher and Stephanie Dunham stood in front of a camera for their remote arraignment. Christopher Dunham stood silently with his arms crossed while his wife cried and wiped her eyes. They are both charged with three counts of child neglect and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Stephanie Dunham is also charged with one count of obstructing an officer.

They're due back in court March 3.

The couple's children -- 4-year-old Christopher, 3-year-old Crystal and 1-year-old Kaylee -- died January 4 when the family's RV caught fire. Prosecutors said Stephanie Dunham was high on methamphetamine when her children died. She is now 5-months-pregnant with her fourth child.

Christopher Dunham reportedly told investigators both he and his wife used methamphetamine, and he also smoked marijuana. Court records revealed investigators found several pipes and scales inside the torched RV that contained meth and marijuana residue.
