Toy Gun Confiscated From Tulsa Public School 9-Year-Old

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Public School police confiscated a toy gun they say a student was attempting to bring to Penn Elementary School Tuesday morning. 

School officials say another student spotted the air soft gun on the 9-year-old student at a bus stop. 

The second student called his mother, who in turn called Tulsa Police. 

A TPS police officer along with Tulsa Police met the bus at Penn Elementary at 2138 East 48^th Street North and the boy was taken to a meeting with the principal and the student's parents.
