Tulsa Police Back To One Person Of Interest In Shooting Homicide

Tulsa Police say they've talked with a man identified on May 17, 2011 as a person of interest in the murder of a Sand Springs woman in early May and say he is no longer being sought.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa Police say they've talked with a man identified on May 17, 2011 as a person of interest in the murder of a Sand Springs woman in early May and say he is no longer being sought.

Frankie Holliday, 21, was being sought in Kimberly Ragland's death.

Detectives say they've talked with Holliday and released him.

Another person of interest, 24-year-old James Darton is still be sought by Tulsa Police in connection with the homicide.
