COLLINSVILLE, Oklahoma -- More than a dozen bikers from the Collinsville area hopped on their motorcycles to help raise money for cancer.

They saddled up for the long haul, a trip to Canada and back, all in just 48-hours.

They're raising money for "Hannah's Helping Hands," which helps parents with children battling cancer. It's a non-profit started after Hannah Pavey, a Collinsville junior, lost her battle with cancer in 2008.

"When you have a child in the hospital with cancer everything else becomes secondary," Doug Pavey, Hannah's father, said. "I mean you don't worry about your phone bill being late, but eventually all that stuff catches up with you and a lot of people need help because either one of both parents have to quit work because it fully consumes you."

"Hannah's Helping Hands" assists families with basic needs, like gas and food cards, utility payments, rent and housing, as well as medical payments.
