Tulsa Police Looking For Dash Inn Shooting Suspect

Officers were called to the convenience store at about 10:27 p.m. and found a 45-year-old man who had been shot in the buttocks.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa police are looking for a suspect in a Thursday night shooting at the Dash Inn, 1532 E. Apache Street. Officers were called to the convenience store at about 10:27 p.m. and found a 45-year-old man who had been shot in the buttocks, according to a news release from the Tulsa Police Department.

The victim said he was at the Dash Inn when he was approached from behind by man who pointed a gun at him. When the victim started to run, he was shot once.

His injury does not appear to be life threatening, police say.

Police are looking for a black male in his 20s, about 6'02" and 125 pounds. He was wearing a white T-shirt, red shorts and black shoes.
