Tulsa Man Found Guilty In 2010 Deadly Hit And Run Crash

TULSA, Oklahoma – A Tulsa County District Court jury has found a Tulsa man guilty in a deadly hit and run crash. 

Joshua Nosak was charged with first-degree manslaughter in connection with the crash at 6th and Peoria in May of 2010.

That wreck killed 40-year-old Melissa Eubanks.

The jury found Nosak guilty of first-degree manslaughter, leaving the scene of a fatality crash, assault with a dangerous weapon and driving without a license. 

During his trial, an eyewitness identified Nosak as the driver who hit Eubanks' car.
