Two Killed In Plane Crash Near Chickasha

Two men are dead after a small plane crashed about five miles south of Chickasha Friday night. <br /><br /> &nbsp;

A small plane crashed Friday night near Chickasha killing the pilot and one passenger.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol report, the Piper PA-28-235 crashed at approximately 8:45 p.m. Friday about five miles south of Chickasha.

Pilot Rocky Beller of Goldsby and passenger Calvin Beller of Purcell were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The report states the plane went down three miles west of 29th Street on Grand in Grady County.

Tom Dodson of B&H Construction LLC in Norman said the company owned the plane.

The cause of the crash is unknown and has been turned over to the FAA for investigation.
