Officers patted down James Ray, 19, and Thomas Raymond, 18. When they didn't find a weapon, they asked the men if they had a gun. Raymond said they did not have a real gun, but they did have a BB gun underneath the seat.

According to the police report, Ray denied pointing the gun at anyone but did admit he put the BB gun outside the window and twirled it on his finger. The victim later identified Ray as the man who pointed the gun at him on the road.

When police searched the car, they found the CO2-powered gun, along with a pill bottle filled with metal BBs. Officer said they also smelled a strong odor of marijuana, and they found a broken methamphetamine pipe on the car floor.

Police arrested both men. Ray was booked on a complaint of violating the municipal toy gun/airsoft/replica gun ordinance. Raymond was booked on complaints of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, and on two outstanding warrants in Oklahoma County.
