Tulsa Police Seek Witness In Homicide

Tulsa police want to interview a man as a material witness in an October, 2011, drive-by shooting. There are also outstanding felony warrants for his arrest.

Tulsa Police are looking for a man they say is a material witness in an October homicide. Authorities believe Curtis Randolph Barber, 21, was a witness in the murder of Dontay Duckett on October 31, 2011.

Duckett, 19, was driving near North Hartford and Apache when another car pulled up and someone inside opened fire. Police arrested Joshua Duffy in the homicide but said they expected to make additional arrests.

Barber also has several outstanding felony warrants. He is wanted for first degree burglary, domestic assault by strangulation, assault with a deadly weapon and assault on a police officer and some misdemeanor warrants.
