Tulsa Police Search For Suspect In New Year's Day Homicide

Tulsa police are looking for a 22-year-old man who they say shot and killed another man on New Year's Day.

Police believe Brandon Phillips shot Michael Hooks outside the Brown Apartments near 11th and Yale just before 2 o'clock in the morning on January 1, 2012.

Hooks, who also goes by Julius Hooks, died the next day after surgery.
