TULSA, Oklahoma - Tulsa firefighters plan to go door-to-door Tuesday searching for clues in an arson that nearly killed one of their own.

Firefighter James O'Neal, 35, wasn't breathing and didn't have a pulse when he was pulled from a burning home on New Year's Eve.

Investigators believe the fire in the 4900 block of North Elwood was intentionally set, and will canvass the neighborhood Tuesday, looking for information about who started the fire.

O'Neal is a 14-year Tulsa Fire Department veteran.

The reward for tips in the case has topped $5,600. Call the Arson Tip Hotline at 918-596-2776.
