Rogers County Sheriff's deputies uncovered a seedy operation in their Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators say Steven Yeubanks was illegally cropping dogs' ears and administering animal medications.
When they arrived to shut him down, sheriff's deputies say they discovered a stash of stolen goods - including several trailers and a four-wheeler.
Sheriff Scott Walton says he believes customers were paying for the illegal dog operations with stolen loot.
"In exchange for stolen goods for an illegal service, so I think it's bad all the way around. And the only good part is we got a man in custody," said Sheriff Scott Walton.
Sheriff Walton says Yeubanks had customers from five states, as far away as Florida.
