Dump Truck Overturns On Highway 169 In Tulsa

A dump truck overturned on U.S. Highway 169 at 41st Street Thursday morning, shutting down all northbound lanes of 169 for almost two hours.

Tulsa Fire and police responded to the crash shortly after 11 a.m..

Northbound traffic was forced to exit onto the Broken Arrow Expressway.

The driver of the truck was not injured. 

Crews had to clean up the diesel spill, right the truck and wash down the roadway before the highway was re-opened.
