A late push in the first half lifted the Kansas State Wildcats to a 67-56 win over the Oklahoma State Cowgirls Saturday, OSU's fourth conference loss of the season.

Oklahoma State closed the gap to one point with 5:43 left to play in the first half thanks to a fast break three-pointer by Tiffany Bias. However, the OSU offense would go scoreless for the next four minutes while Brittany Chambers took over the KSU offense.

The Wildcats snapped off a 12-2 run to close the half, 10 of which coming from Chambers, to head into the locker room with a 35-24 advantage.

Kansas State opened up the second half with pair of three-pointers to take a 17-point lead just two minutes into the second half. Oklahoma State responded with a three-point play from Tiffany Bias to stop the bleeding, but KSU knocked in a quick pair of field goals to take a 45-27 lead at the 15-minute mark.

Still trailing by 18 with 6:43 left to play, the Cowgirls snapped off 10 unanswered points, including five from Lindsey Keller to cut the lead to 56-48 with just two minutes left to play. At that point, the game turned into a free throw contest and the Wildcats converted on 11 of their 14 attempts to close the game out.

Chambers finished with a double-double, including a game-high 29 points and 10 rebounds, while Tasha Dickey notched 15 points and eight boards, including nine from behind the arc.

Bias turned in a team-high 21 points, hitting half of her shots from the floor, but turned the ball over eight times. Keller finished the game with 14 points and nine boards, but no other Oklahoma State player finished with more than four points.

Oklahoma State will take three days off before trying to notch its fifth conference win at 7 p.m. Wednesday against the Iowa State Cyclones.
