Editor's note: Sheriff Scott Walton initially stated the driver of the pickup truck had been arrested. He since has said the driver was questioned and not arrested.

The Rogers County Sheriff's Office has identified the woman whose body was found on 136th Street North Sunday evening as 45-year-old Jana Graves.

Rogers County Sheriff Scott Walton says it appears a domestic disturbance at a home east of Collinsville led to the fatality.

Deputies responding to a report of a disturbance on 136th Street North at about 7:30 p.m. when they got a call from Collinsville Police about a body found at 136th Street North and 147th East Avenue.

Walton says it appears Graves and her husband had gotten into a fight at a nearby home and she left.  He says Graves' husband left shortly thereafter.

Walton says it appears Graves may have been under, on, or between the trailer and pickup truck driven by her husband and her body was dragged for some distance.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol stopped the pickup truck in Payne County.  Graves' husband was not arrested.

Deputies have talked with him as their investigation into the death continues.
