Noble Soldier Killed In Afghanistan Laid To Rest Tuesday

One of Oklahoma's finest was laid to rest on Tuesday. Sergeant Allen McKenna died in Afghanistan in February.

McKenna was assigned to the 1st Squadron, 10th Cavalry, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division out of Fort Carson, Colorado.

McKenna grew up in Noble. His mother says he always dreamed of being a soldier. He leaves behind a wife and three sons.

The family has set up a fund at First State Bank in Noble.
