About 170 More Of Oklahoma's 45th Infantry To Return Home

Another group of soldiers with the Oklahoma National Guard's 45th Infantry Brigade is scheduled to return home.

The Guard said in a news release Wednesday that about 170 soldiers who were deployed to Afghanistan and Kuwait are to arrive Thursday morning at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City.

The soldiers are among about 2,200 who were deployed to Afghanistan and about 800 deployed to Kuwait nine months ago.

The Guard says about 1,400 remain deployed and that all are expected home by April 1.
