TULSA, Oklahoma - EMSA transported two people following a shooting at an East Tulsa car wash Friday morning.

Tulsa Police say both victims walked from the car wash at 78th East Avenue and Admiral to the Kicks 66 at Admiral and Memorial where they called 911.

Tulsa Police say one was shot in the arm, the other in the hip.

Police officers arrested 27-year-old Joshua Diel a short time later.  They also recovered a handgun they believe was used in the shooting.

There is no word on the victim's conditions, but Tulsa Police say both are expected to survive.

Diel was booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of shooting with intent to kill.
