A security guard and a bar patron were shot during a fight at a North Tulsa bar early Tuesday morning.

The shooting occurred at the 727 Club at Independence and Sheridan at 1:10 a.m.

Tulsa Police say a fight broke out inside the bar then moved outside.

Police say at least three men got into the bed of a Chevy pickup truck and started shooting into the crowd gathered outside the bar as the truck drove away.

A security guard was shot in the shoulder and a bar patron was shot in the side.  Both were taken by EMSA to a Tulsa hospital. Police say both victims are expected to survive.

"The bar people said that they've had fights off and on all night and it's nothing unusual. But this one just seemed to accelerate and brought some shots fired to it," said Tulsa Police Corporal Dan Miller.

Officers were able to find the pickup truck abandoned at the McKinley Apartments near 6700 East Latimer Place.

So far, no one has been arrested.

If you have any information about the shooting you can call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. Remember you can remain anonymous.
