NEW YORK -- The MLB Fan Cave in New York City is definitely a place where dreams come true. This building in lower Manhattan brings baseball together with social media, music and art to serve as a hub of creativity in one of the most creative cities in the world. Thus far, the MLB Fan Cave has been the craziest experience of my life. I have only been here in NYC for a short time, but I feel like I have already had a ton of great experiences.

Since the end of March, I've been able to meet a great deal of people. Here is a short list highlighting some of the people that have come to hang out in the Fan Cave (check out the links!):

Every day brings a new and exciting encounter for me. I never would have dreamed of this kind of life when I was growing up in Lawton, OK. Yet, I feel that my entire life has prepared me for what I am going through now. Sure, things and people are different up here, but my goal is remain as authentic as I can. People have a certain idea about what an Oklahoman is supposed to be like, and I have hoping to embody all of the positive things about that while I am here. Also, I am making sure to still rep the OKC Thunder as much as possible!
