1 Tbsp. Olive oil

2 tsp. chopped garlic

4 oz. grape tomatoes, oven roasted

1 Tbsp. Sundried tomatoes

¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

2 oz. chicken stock

Kosher salt to taste

4 oz. Marinara Sauce

1 tbsp. Fresh basil, julienned

1 Tbsp. Asiago cheese

6 oz. pasta, cooked

Chicken or grilled shrimp (optional)

Asiago Cheese (Garnish)

Heat oil in sauté pan, add garlic and saute until golden brown. Add tomatoes and pepper flakes (if desired). Add chicken stock to deglaze pan, reduce liquid by half. Add marinara sauce, fresh basil and cheese. Add pasta and chicken or shrimp if using in recipe. Heat all ingredients through. Transfer to bowl or serving dish and garnish with extra cheese.
