Tulsa Police say a 2-year-old girl abducted May 6, 2012 near the 61st and Peoria area has been found safe in a vacant home in Wynnewood.

Police say they developed information on where the girl's non-custodial parent Justin Lampkins was staying and requested help from U.S. Marshals to go to the home and arrest Lampkins Thursday morning.

At 9:30 a.m. Justin Lampkins was taken into custody along with Carliss Harding of Wynnewood.  Harding is being held on warrants not related to this case.

Lampkins had reportedly taken the child while Venice was on the way to church with her mother.

While at the home U.S. Marshals found Venice Lampkins.  She was taken into protective custody.  Tulsa Police say Venice was checked out at a nearby hospital because of possible dehydration.

Tulsa Police say Justin Lampkins will eventually be transported back to Tulsa County to face Child Stealing and additional charges.
