Tulsa Police: Man Breaks Into Apartment, Drinks Beer

A burglary suspect is in the Tulsa County jail after Tulsa Police found him sitting on the front porch of an apartment this week and empty beer cans inside.

Police say officers investigating a burglary at the apartment in the 100 block of East 16th Street Monday afternoon arrested 22-year-old Matthew Pulley.

Tulsa Police say they believe Pulley had gained access to the apartment by breaking in the door. Inside, officers found two empty beers.

Pulley was booked into jail on a complaint of 2nd degree burglary. Bond was set at $5,000.
