The biggest football star to come out of Oklahoma State this year woke up in a jail cell Sunday morning, arrested for aggravated DUI. And so far, his potential future team, the Jacksonville Jaguars, have not commented on the situation.

A Stillwater police officer pulled Blackmon over at 3:01 a.m. June 3 for going 60 in a 30 mph zone and driving left of center. It took Blackmon four blocks to pull his white Chevy Tahoe over  at a gas station parking lot at the intersection of McElroy and Perkins Roads, according to a release from the Stillwater Police Department.

Blackmon was a star football player for OSU and is currently in negotiations with the Jacksonville Jaguars so this DUI is a big deal.

A police report shows Blackmon was unsteady on his feet, smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes.

He did agree to a breathalyzer test and blew a .24, three times over the legal limit to drive. He was booked into jail on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence.

The Jaguars have yet to comment on Blackmon's arrest, but the organization is aware of the situation. It's been reported that Blackmon is working out a deal with the team that some say is worth upwards of $20-million.

Blackmon was able to post a $1,000 bond around 12:45 Sunday and was released. There was mixed reaction from OSU fans earlier Sunday over by campus.

Blackmon was selected 5th overall in the NFL draft by the Jaguars. He has taken part in workouts for the team since his selection and has looked very good on the field according to reports.

The Jaguar's General Manager Gene Smith has a reputation for only drafting "squeaky clean" players. He's even been criticized for it. Sunday night News 9 is getting more perspective on the Blackmon arrest from the Assistant Sports Director at the CBS affiliate in Jacksonville.

"The Jaguars were going to have to take a chance on wide receiver. They felt comfortable with the person and character of Blackmon. So the news today is a stunner for Gene Smith and the Jacksonville Jaguars."

Blackmon is due in court on Monday. This is the second time he has been arrested for DUI.
