Lightning Strike Suspected Cause Of Tulsa House Fire

Firefighters are investigating whether lightning sparked a house fire in East Tulsa early Monday morning.

The fire happened at around 1:45 a.m. in a neighborhood near 31st and Mingo.

Tulsa Fire say power lines had been ripped from the house, possibly from an explosion from a lightning strike.

It was not clear if anyone was inside at the time of the fire and there are no reports of any injuries.
