A traffic stop early Wednesday morning lead to the arrest of a 29-year-old man, in connection with a weekend carjacking incident.

Police said three other people in the car were questioned and released after an officer spotted a suspicious car at Pine and Cincinnati at about 1:30 a.m.

The officer checked the license tag and it turned out to be stolen during a carjacking incident on Sunday. The car was stopped at I-244 and Delaware.

Tulsa Police said the car's owner gave two men a ride to a local Walmart on Sunday. Once in the car, one of the men, identified as Daniel Hill, pulled a knife on the driver, ordered him to give up his wallet and phone, and then drove off in the car.

The driver wasn't hurt.

Wednesday morning, police said Hill matched the general description of that carjacker, so they arrested him. A man and  two women were also in the car.

Hill was booked into Tulsa County jail on several complaints including possession of a stolen vehicle and driving under suspension.
