Pryor Police said they arrested a man, accused of videotaping his estranged wife without her knowledge, Friday.
Pascual Ignacio Espinoza II, 38, was charged with one count of peeping tom with photographic or electronic equipment and two counts of second-degree burglary.
Authorities said Espinoza's wife filed for divorce about a year ago. They said before the divorce was finalized, Espinoza installed a computer and camera in her bedroom, so he could monitor her actions.
A judge issued a $50,000 warrant for his arrest.
Espinoza was arraigned Monday and released after posting bail.
