Tulsa Teen Arrested In June 1st Shooting Death

Tulsa Police have arrested a 17-year-old Tulsa teen in connection with the shooting death of a man in the early hours of June 1, 2012.

The shooting happened at the Bradford Apartments at 577 East 32nd Street North.

Police arrested Charles Birmingham on a complaint of First Degree Murder.

Witnesses told police officers, a white, older model Cadillac pulled up to the 45-year-old victim and someone inside shot the victim once. The car then left the scene.

Mark Hutchinson died at a Tulsa hospital a short time later.
