Even on Labor Day, the Tulsa Police Department is serving and protecting. But they did get to take a special lunch break where they were the ones being served.

Olive Garden delivered pasta, salad, and breadsticks by the sack load, enough to feed the whole station.

The restaurant has been donating Labor Day lunches for over a decade as a special thank-you to public servants.

"So we are donating food for them today to celebrate all the hard work and dedication that they do for our town Tulsa, Oklahoma," General Manager Cesar Castillo said.

Olive Gardens all over Tulsa brought meals to other emergency workers too, like hospital staffs, and firefighters.
