OSU Wrestler Arrested After Allegedly Threatening To Kill Man

Oklahoma State University Freshman Kyle Crutchmer, 19, was arrested last Friday after police say he threatened to kill a man and then punched the victim's car.

Oklahoma State University Freshman Kyle Crutchmer, 19, was arrested after police say he threatened to kill a man and then punched the victim's car.

According to police documents, Crutchmer was booked into the Tulsa County jail Friday on charges of threatening an act of violence and malicious injury to property. He allegedly committed the crimes on August 6.

He was released on $1,000 bond for each count. He's scheduled to appear in a Tulsa courtroom Monday at 9 a.m.

Crutchmer came to Stillwater after graduating from Tulsa Union where he was a two time 6A state champion wrestler at 170 pounds. He was named Freestyle All-American in 2011 and was also twice Tulsa World's All-Metro Wrestler of the Year.
