The Muskogee County District Attorney has asked the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to look into allegations of misconduct within his own office.

This comes after some computers were transferred from the Muskogee County Sheriff's Office to the DA's Office. OSBI said the computers had software which would have possibly allowed the DA's Office to monitor the Muskogee County Courthouse security system.

The DA has asked the OSBI and the FBI to investigate whether any state or federal law was violated.

The OSBI said their investigation opened Monday.
