A federal appeals court has granted a Saint Louis company temporary relief from a federal mandate which requires businesses to provide coverage for the Morning-after and Week-after contraceptive pills.

Now attorneys for Oklahoma-based Hobby Lobby are asking for identical relief in its appeal.

Hobby Lobby faces fines of up to $1 million a day when the mandate takes effect in five weeks.

Hobby Lobby's owners say that portion of the Affordable Care Act violates their religious beliefs.
