The Creek Nation is fighting a casino they say is going up on an Indian burial site.

The Creeks recognize the land near Wetumpka, Alabama as sacred.

It was the last capital of the Creek Nation before the tribe was forced to move to Oklahoma.

Now, they say an off-shoot of the tribe is digging up dozens of corpses to build a quarter-billion-dollar casino.

The Creeks have filed a federal lawsuit to stop construction.
