TULSA, Oklahoma - Firefighters worked to put out a fire in what they said appeared to be a vacant house in north Tulsa Christmas Day.

Tulsa Fire responded to reports of a fire inside the house at 4631 North Boston Place. They said they had the fire under control within 10 to 15 minutes.

TFD said no one was inside the house. They said it seemed the house had recently been vacated and the residents had left trash behind. Firefighters said the utilities were all turned off, as well.

The home was a total loss, TFD said. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
