Investigators from TPD, Bixby Police and Broken Arrow Police conferred Monday and they believe what happened in Tulsa may be connected to incidents that happened recently in those cities.

On January 23, a man went into a business at 10300 South Memorial in Bixby and groped a female employee, police say. They believe the same man did the same thing three days later, in a business at 1700 North 9th Street.

Investigators say a recent robbery and sexual assault that happened in Broken Arrow may also be related.

All three police departments are working together on these cases.

The suspect was caught on surveillance footage in the incident in Bixby and one of the incidents in Broken Arrow.

The suspect was described by Tulsa victims as being 25 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall, with a stocky build and brown hair. He was wearing glasses and had acne scars on his face.

In the Woodland Hill Mall groping case, he got into a white or silver four-door sedan, police said.

If you recognize the man in the surveillance images call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
