Kansas City, MO - Northeastern's Cody Robinson has been named the MIAA Hitter of the Week.

The junior right fielder hit three home runs in NSU's 10-4 victory over Truman State in the first game of Sunday's doubleheader.

Northeastern State split a midweek doubleheader with Emporia State and won its weekend series with the Bulldogs.

In the five-game stretch, Robinson hit .412 (7-for-17) and led the team with four home runs, 11 runs batted in and a 1.235 slugging percentage. He also scored six times and hit two doubles, while not committing an error in the field.

Northeastern State will play host to Pittsburg State in a noon doubleheader Feb. 27 at Thomas C. Rousey Field.
