Undercover Officer Busts Bixby Prostitute Posing As Masseuse, Report Says
A Bixby woman was arrested Thursday afternoon after an undercover officer said his scheduled massage turned risqué.
Sandra Beth Knapton, aka "Diamond Sassy," 41, was booked for solicitation of prostitution within in 1000 yards of a church, failure to display business licence, no technician license on person, exposure of sexual body parts, touching sexual body parts and acts of prostitution.
The officer set up a massage for 2 p.m. Thursday at an apartment building in the 6000 block of South 107th East Avenue, according to an arrest report.
"The suspect invited me inside and brought me to a bedroom that had a heated massage table, oils, candles and slow music. The suspect was wearing a short dress and [heels]," the report said.
After placing the $60 massage fee on a chest of drawers, the undercover officer undressed.
Knapton didn't use a towel to cover up the officer, but "left me uncovered, exposing my buttocks… and touched my exposed genitals several times," the report said.
According to the officer, Knapton then told him to turn over and asked if she could massage his front genital area, which he agreed.
"I asked the suspect ‘How much to have you,'" the officer wrote in the report. "The suspect then looked at me, showed me 3 fingers and said three hundred dollars. I agreed and gave the suspect $240. She said OK and told me to place the money on the chest of drawers."
Knapton then gave the undercover officer a condom and he called for backup, the report said.
She is being held in the Tulsa County jail in lieu of $3,000 bond.
