Wagoner County Officials Arrest Second Man In Robbery Of Casino Winner

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office has arrested a second man in connection with the robbery and beating of a casino winner.

Powell has been arraigned and was issued a bond amount of $100,000; while Patton has yet to be arraigned.

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office would like to thank all those that called in with tips reference this crime.

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office has arrested a second man in connection with the robbery and beating of a casino winner.

Investigators arrested 25-year-old Phillip Patton Tuesday. They arrested 38-year-old Charles Powell Monday.

The sheriff's office says the two men befriended a man who'd won about $2,000 at the Hard Rock Casino and offered him a ride.

But the man was severely beaten and his money was stolen.
