A Bartlesville teenager entered a not guilty plea during a court appearance Wednesday morning, May 1, 2013.

Sammy Chavez, 18, is charged with planning to perform an act of violence. He was arrested after police got a tip in December 2012 that Chavez had made threats concerning a shooting plot at the high school.
