Two Charged In Connection With Shooting Death Of West Tulsa Man

Two people have been charged in connection with the death of 43-year-old Donald Treat, who was found last week with a gunshot wound to his chest.

Treat knocked on a door a few blocks from his west Tulsa home the night of May 6, 2013, saying he had been shot and needed help.

He later died in a Tulsa hospital.

Wilver Sacuilan, 32, who police say admitted to robbing Treat, but not to shooting him, has now been charged with first degree murder, robbery with a firearm and knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property.

Records show a second person, Kimberly Dawn Garoutte, 26, was charged with accessory after the fact. A search of jail records shows she's not currently in custody. A judge issued a warrant for her arrest and set her bond at $500,000.

Sacuilan remains in the Tulsa County jail.
