Dodge Pickup Takes Out Tulsa Power Pole, Fence

A man was injured after his pickup crashed and did quite a bit of damage near an east Tulsa neighborhood. Tulsa Police responded to the single-vehicle wreck just after 3 a.m. Sunday at East 21st Street and 121st East Avenue.

The man's red Dodge Ram pickup left the roadway and struck a power pole before taking out a residential fence and hitting a fire hydrant.

The pole snapped in two. The driver was taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

His female passenger was not hurt.
