The driver of a pickup truck involved in a fatal 2010 hit and run crash entered a blind plea during a Tulsa County court appearance Monday.

Geoffrey Miller, 30, was charged with first degree manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident on Highway 169 and 46th Street North. Police say Miller was driving northbound on Highway 169 at 46th Street North when he struck a man crossing the highway. He then left the scene and drove on to Owasso.

Miller waived his right to a jury trial in April of this year.

Formal sentencing for Miller will be June 24, 2013.
