2 Tulsa Women Arrested In Online Prostitution Sting

Police arrested two women in a prostitution sting Saturday night, after answering an online ad offering a "2 Girl Special" for $100.

The arrest and booking report states the officer found the ad on backpage.com, which has been the source of several prostitution stings in Tulsa. After answering the ad, the officer reportedly met with Misty Dawn Nelson, 37, and Summer Dawn Scott, 22.

Police say Nelson took the $100 and made arrangements for sex with the officer. According to the arrest report, both Nelson and Scott told police they both post ads on backpage.com, using Scott's cell phone.

Nelson and Scott were arrested and booked on complaints of use of a computer to violate state statute and soliciting an act of prostitution. Nelson also faces a count of maintaining a house of prostitution. According to the report, she told police the house they met in was hers, though they usually get a motel room.
