Tulsa Driver Hospitalized After Car Hits Stop Sign, Tree
TULSA, Oklahoma - A driver lost control of his car early Thursday, hitting a stop sign and slamming into a tree about 1:30 a.m., according to Tulsa Police.
Officers say the driver was turning at the intersection of 36th and Zunis when his car ran over a stop sign the struck a tree.
The driver complained of head injuries, so EMSA took him to a hospital. Police said he is expected to be OK.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
