United States Marshals arrested a woman Tuesday charged with accessory to murder in a seven-year-old Tulsa cold case.

Jacqueline Octavia Smith, 36, was charged in the murders of two women on Monday.

In January 2006, Dorothy Lindley and Linda Wright were found stabbed to death in an apartment in the 2500 block of East 51st Street, after neighbors noticed an open window.

Detectives say the case remained open but had stalled until around May 2009, when detectives say they received a tip that ultimately led them to Hilliard Fulgham, who was charged with two counts of first degree murder Monday. Fulgham is currently serving time for burglary in Mississippi.

Court documents claim Smith helped Fulgham by hiding evidence and helping him get out of Oklahoma.

Tulsa Police say Smith was arrested by the US Marshals Task Force in Louisiana. She is being held in the St. Bernard Parish jail, awaiting extradition to Tulsa, where her bond is set at $1 million.
